look twice is an exhibition shown at the ´munich creative business week mcbw 2013´, curated by nadin heinich, plan a. young design researchers explore the design potential of new technologies - from smart materials to the promise of synthetic biology.

look twice shows an exhibition design which transforms a conservative conference room into a surreal white and open landscape. the inclined design without right angels reflects the asymmetric thinking of the artists in a spacial configuration.

look twice is sculptural. axial stripes cut through white islands which display both artistic objects and video installations. although each of the white volumes is different the overall impression is one continious sculpture. 

look twice is lightweight. the design uses one material only - ALUDIBOND® - in a single plate and doesn´t need additional substructure. the final shape is created by a combination of cnc milling and folding the material following a smart designed patternfile.
