folding panel holder fph.01 is a smart modular exhibition system made of ALUCOBOND® - a composite material consisting of two aluminium cover sheets and a plastic core. it is a combination of formability, flatness and stability. 

fph.01 is lightweight. the design uses one material only in a single plate and doesn´t need additional substructure. the final shape of the panel holder is created by a combination of cnc milling and folding the material following a smart designed patternfile.

fph.01 is easy to handle. only four notches on the inside make the modules easy to connect and pull them apart. the panel holder system comes in two sizes - short and long. the long version is designed for panels, the short version for additional books. 

fph.01 was designed as associated exhibition system for the presentation of ´the swarm´, a parametric pavilion consisting of milled and folded ALUCOBOND® too. the exhibition in the chamber of architects in munich displays the development of the project from the ideas competition right up to the implemented object.
